This spacious, 100 square metre apartment features an open-plan kitchen, living and dining space. The kitchen is fully appointed with a family-sized fridge, electric stove, below-bench oven, microwave and Fisher and Paykel dish-drawer. The living area has two sofas, a wall-mounted air-conditioning unit and flat screen TV with Foxtel (cable). A dining table seats four. This open plan space flows through to a large private patio, with another dining table for four people.
There are two bedrooms, both with built in wardrobes. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, as well as a sofa which folds out to sleep two more guests. The second bedroom has a double bed, bringing the total sleeping capacity in the apartment to six people. The main bathroom has a bathtub with overhead shower, toilet, and combined laundry with washing machine and dryer. There is also a separate toilet.
The apartment comes with its own security parking space and the complex itself has everything you need, including the Courtside Restaurant, Cocktail Bar and Function Rooms. There are two tennis courts, two swimming pools and two gymnasiums at your disposal.
The apartment complex is very well positioned with a great choice of eateries in close proximity, such as Health Freak Café, right next door and offering a range of healthy food options catering for Keto, Paleo and also Vegan diets. There are also many public attractions and facilities within a short walk, including the Perth Convention Centre, Mount Hospital and the Swan River. ‘Jacob’s Ladder’ a popular tourist spot, is a 242 step staircase leading you up to the famous King’s Park for amazing views of Perth and the Botanic Café.
The apartment comes with its own secure parking space, but why drive when it’s only 25 minutes walk from the apartment into the heart of Perth’s CBD (Downtown), past the Perth Convention Centre. Alternatively, free public transport is available right outside the complex and continues within the city’s Free Transit Zone.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
* Extra $40/night will be charged for guests after 4 or if the sofa bed needs to be prepared.
