Enter the apartment via a sleek, well appointed kitchen with four burner cooktop, dishwasher and glass splash back. To the left, there are European-style laundry facilities concealed behind cupboard doors. The kitchen flows through to a tastefully furnished living area featuring colourful modern art works, a comfy L-shaped sofa to stretch out on, a wall-mounted flat screen TV and a dining table for two which can double as a work space.

Off this living area you’ll find an ultra-modern bathroom with designer touches and large shower recess with rainfall shower head.

The living space also leads you to the bedroom featuring floor-to-ceiling windows with wonderful city views. Blinds can be drawn for darkness and privacy. There’s also a second, wall mounted TV there for you to watch comfortably in bed.

The apartment has both air-conditioning and heating, as well as double glazed windows to minimise noise.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
In terms of location, this apartment can’t be beaten. Southbank is Melbourne’s bustling waterfront hub, renowned for its eateries, free art galleries and chic retailers. You can catch a river cruise along the famous Yarra River, take in a show at the Arts Centre, or visit the Eureka Skydeck with its stunning 360 degree views of the city. It’s also a short stroll to the heart of Melbourne’s CBD with everything that has to offer –eateries, retail shops, major department stores, bars and nightclubs.

It’s fifteen minutes walk to both Swanston Street or St Kilda Road, both of which have stations for Melbourne’s icon trams (light rail) and busses. Southern Cross and Flinders Street railway stations are both also about fifteen minutes walk from the apartment building, offering train services around Melbourne and regional Victoria.

Nice little apartment, conveniently located behind the Crown Casino and only a few minutes walk to 2 tram stops. Having a good well-equipped kitchen makes it suitable for longer stays.
