With stylish floorboards throughout, air-conditioning and fans, the townhouse features a secluded front courtyard, a shaded outdoor entertaining deck area and lush garden. Two bedrooms have queen size beds while a third bedroom has two single beds, making it ideal for couples as well as families. It’s a short walk to cafes, shops and to Tallow Beach.

THE SPACE:
This beautifully finished, recently renovated townhouse has a spacious, open-plan kitchen/living/dining area. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a family sized fridge, four burner gas cooktop, electric under-bench oven, and a microwave. The living area has comfy sofas and a flat-screen TV. A dining table seats six. This open-plan area flows through to a roomy, shaded outdoor deck with another dining table for six. There’s also a secluded front courtyard with its own Bali-style sofa, the perfect spot for meditation or yoga.

Of the three bedrooms, two have queen sized beds while the other has two singles, bringing the sleeping capacity of the house up to six. There’s air-conditioning in the main bedroom, with fans in the other two to keep you cooler in summer. The bathroom has a glass shower recess and European-style laundry with washing machine and dryer.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The townhouse is ideally located north of Suffolk Park and on the southern side of Byron Bay township, only ten minutes walk to Tallows beach. It’s a six-minute stroll to cafes whilst being only twenty-minute walk to main strip of Byron Bay, including the Woolworths supermarket there. The townhouse is just fifteen minutes walk to the High School, five minutes drive to the golf course and less than ten minutes by car to the lighthouse.

Busses service surrounding towns and cities to Byron bay, although they are significantly slower that driving to destinations in a car. If you plan to do much travelling, a car is the best option. There’s street parking outside the property.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site

* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.

* Please note that this property has been specifically catered for short-term rentals and is not a hotel.
